The pump Unit type of Fixed Unit G2
This pump Unit exists of a RVS frame, Ltrs meter, dosing pump, high pressure pump, filters, a targeting cupboard with frequency corrector and Plc steering. Regulating the primary pressure and communicating the sensors works by means of modbus-system with the plc. All the sensors and switches are connected by automotive-connecters what results that the connectors are easily to be changed if error occurs.
The Unit is connected to the drinking water line ( important to prevent impurities and block the nozzles ) exactly with maximum 4 bar. From the main line the water goes to the filters, these are 2 filters of 10μ. These filters have a replaceable filter membrane which are very simply changeable. After the filters a pressure sensor has been placed which sends the frequency corrector, and which controls the prime pressure.
Rvs collector ensure the partitioning of the prime pressure to the high pressure pump. On this collector a low pressure valve is mounted, which is closed while the high pressure pumps are not functioning. This to prevent accidental sprays of the nozzles. If there is no prime pressure established after a while, the Unit will go into “ jamming mode “ .
High pressure part:
The driving force behind the pump has been coupled with an elastic link to the pump. The high pressure pump has been placed with a rubber ultrasound silencing device on the frame. The flow of the pumps are chosen so that the rpm of the pumps are approx around 1000 rpm instead of 1450 rpm which makes the lifespan of the pumps 4 times longer.
From the high pressure pump we will provide links with high pressure snake with rvs to the high pressure collector. On the collector a valve has been assembled to avoid overpressure.
The Plc equipped steering communicate with the frequency corrector and can be maintained by remote ethernet. This standard targeting contains maximum 1 department, and 4 terminations for possible alarms.
A wind sensor and a temperature meter can be connected on the Unit. The wind direction can be geared to the posting under an angle. The use is very simple and the institutions are accessible by means of a code. Busy of the departments depends on the rpm’s and is possible at all time in % adjusted to 100 bar. The installation is provided with a need top bud.
All the institutions can be geared to posting or by means of ethernet on the pc.
